VMG had a moment to sit down with  Ms. Royal to check out what’s good with the Florida native and more.

1) What keeps you motivate when it comes to your music?
What keeps me motivated in my music is knowing that it can for a fact make it happen, it takes focus and persistence. I also have a 5 year old son and i prefer to manage myself rather than clocking into a job so I make it my job to promote everyday and when I do I think of where it will take my son and I because I know I have what it takes.
2) When you think of “Vintage Media Group”, what comes to mind?

When i think of vintage media group I think of major exposure that will be beneficial to my career. I think of other artist who are promoted by Vintage and take there career seriously and I also think of exposure.

3) Being that you are from Tampa, what is the state of Hip-Hop there? How would you titled your style of music?

The state of Hip hop is impressive in Tampa because there are alot of artist such as Kodak, T-Pain, XXX-Tenacion. My style of music is mixed, I can do great club music, as well as chill music, I’m versatile so there are a variety of styles I have.
4) With your most recent music single “The Beginning” is Crazy NICE, I Really Like It… Can you give us some details on how you came up with that song?
I sat down in my room and I thought about where I came from and all the things that I have went through and how hard I try so the beginning symbolizes me being serious and letting you know where I came from and also letting you know I am a blunt artist who came from no lights which only lasted 2 months but people can relate because It’s real life.

6) Who are some of your influences? 

My influences include people like Sade, Wayne, Nicki Minaj is lyrical and impressive as well as a female artist.
