Rest in peace to budding Atlanta rap artist, Lil Phat. The 19 year old performer, who was a part of Lil Boosie & Webbie’s Trill Ent. imprint, was gunned down earlier today outside of the maternity wing at a local hospital. The suspect(s) are still on the loose.
