Named after London’s vibrant neighborhood, Clerkenwell takes us through a series of genres. The starting musician isn’t looking for “his sound”, but wants to break away from his own work, and that’s what keeps us listening. An interesting take on Clerkenwell’s own music, and definitely a challenging one, we’re definitely curious about what he will bring us next.
While the first album, “Symphomaniac”, tends to lean more towards symphonic music mixed with some contemporary flavors, the second one, “Symphopsychopath”, brings a more aggressive atmosphere and an interesting combination of classical, modern, and rather unconventional instruments and sounds,
Over the past year, Clerkenwell has taken a completely different direction and has released several hip-hop and electro singles. While you can still hear classical tunes in his latest work, his music keeps evolving and stretching into different genres.
His next single will hit the market next week and he’s currently working on new productions. While we can’t wait to hear what Clerkenwell will bring in the future, the artist has already produced a ton of music to savor and is only getting started.
