The Summer of the Cicadas is a new double LP by positive hip-hop duo, Royal Ruckus, releasing on Invisible Library Records on Friday, February 3, 2017. Featuring Eligh of Living Legends, Pigeon John, Cookbook and Joey the Jerk of LA Symphony, Bonafide of GRITS, DJ Sean P and others. The album is a concept record looking at issues of mortality and love, joy and pain, friendship and romance, from the perspective of a strange insect, the very noisy cicada.
