A state of emergency has been declared in France after terror attacks in Paris in which at least 128 people have died. There were two suicide attacks and a bombing near the Stade de France stadium, shootings at restaurants and a massacre inside the Bataclan theatre where US rock band Eagles of Death Metal were playing. French President Francois Hollande called the attacks – the worst violence to hit France since the Second World War – “an act of war” and said ISIS is responsible.
