The neo-soul inspired hip hop artist, Ogden Payne, has been around the Austin music scene for quite some time. Beginning his career at the age of seventeen, Ogden had to find a way to deliver a professional product on a limited budget. Throughout his career as a musician and a student, Ogden has never lost touch with how valuable working with Austin-based talent has been. ‘Better You Than Me’ signifies the third release for the twenty-two year old MC. Each song has been produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by native Austinite and former ACC classmate, Joel “Isaac Haze” Fentanes at his in-home studio in Round Rock, TX.
