MJ the DJ released “PINK 2″, a mixtape CD in honor of breast cancer awareness month. In addition to the release of “PINK 2,” MJ the DJ, is also partnering with several organizations to recognize and honor local breast cancer survivors.
Inspired by his own mother’s cancer diagnosis, MJ the DJ produced “PINK 2” with the belief that music has the power to heal. The Mixtape is a compilation of popular songs performed by local Cleveland artists such as: Ray Jr, Ripp Flamez, Ezzy, Colie Rich, NauticA, Erika Kayne and more. Hard copies of PINK 2 will be available for purchase around the city of Cleveland and all proceeds of PINK 2 will be donated to the Karen E. Mumford Cancer Foundation.
