For the “Mi Alma” project I wanted to capture the minds of real people with real life situations. I didn’t go into this project with the mindset of “what do the people want to hear?” I decided I’d give the people what I felt they need to hear. This is not a story of fiction although through visuals I may exaggeration to create a certain atmosphere, feeling or trigger some type of an emotion. This is not a story told through someone else’s eyes. This is my story, my life, MY SOUL. “Mi Alma”-Kenny Keyz
