In 2014, Texas rapper Kasland moved to Los Angeles after his debut album, Devil’s Delight, began to establish his career. Kasland immediately began writing music for the next album, starting with verse 1 of the intro song “Leap of Faith”. The first weekend after moving to Los Angeles, Kasland found himself on the set of Riff Raff’s “Tip Toe Wing In My Jawwwdinz” music video shoot after being asked to make a cameo appearance in the video. As the months went on, his demons began to cloud his mind… depression hit. Half a decade later, Kasland’s depression slowly became overpowered by his motivation. Kasland blew the dust off and picked the mic back up, picking back up precisely where he left off… finishing the halfway written “Leap of Faith” and reaching out to Riff Raff for a feature on the album. The time had come to get back on the saddle, get back in the booth, and get back to work… No More Sick Days. The album features a variety of sounds ranging from heavy metal and EDM to country and gangster rap, all while sticking to what Kasland knows best… hip-hop and lyricism. After 5 years, Kasland has officially broken his silence.
