adidas Originals has joined forces with Japanese accessories specialist PORTER for a collaborative line featuring an NMD Chukka and two popular PORTER bag models, the Helmut Bag and the Arno waist bag. The first leaked images of the collab surfaced earlier this month, but now, courtesy of JUICE, we have an official close-up peep of the goods. The NMD Chukka boasts a seamless mid-top upper in black mesh knit, roped lacing system, a striped heel tab and the PORTER branding tag at the tongue tab. The low-key design sits atop a crisp white BOOST midsole furnished with signature EVA plugs in blue and a black bottom sole.
Accompanying the sneaker model is a collaborative Helmut Bag, PORTER’s popular model inspired by the MA-1 flight jacket. The messenger bag echoes the same black and blue color scheme, featuring front side velcro and snap button pockets, top zipper closer, interior velcro pockets, removable and adjustable straps, as well as adidas Originals and PORTER branding tags at the corner. Finally, an Arno waist bag, featuring 2-way adjustments and front flap pockets, rounds out the collaborative range.
You can find the PORTER x adidas Originals NMD Chukka, Helmet Bag and ARNO waist bag for ¥1,499 RMB ($219 USD), ¥1,699 RMB ($248 USD) and ¥1,399 RMB ($204 USD), respectively at JUICE locations in Asia.
