No Suh Foster – Manchild in the Promised Land

No Suh Foster is an emcee from the sleepy city of Mobile, Al. The music he offers is definite different than what most would expect from the southern regions. No Suh uses a spoken word-esque flow to make vivid observations over production that varies from golden era to modern and abstract in influence.

His newest release “Manchild in the Promised Land” is loosely inspired by the Claude Brown book of the same title. On “Manchild..” No Suh, find himself questioning his place in the confusing, post racial America that is falsely promoted to people of color. The track is the first release off of his upcoming project entitled “Across The Street From The Church”
