(New Exclusive Interview) Rich Soul Talks Music With Vintage Media Group
Rich Soul, how long have you been creating music?
We been creating music since we were kids at a young age. We formed the group Classroom Majors around 2009 and changed the name of the group to Rich Soul in January 2018.
Rich Soul, what are the pros and cons of being an artist in today’s time?
Well far as cons go, you always have to give the consumer what they want and you have people who’d rather hate on you than support you. As far as pros go, its a lot easier today to brand yourself as a artist because of the social media platform and other outlets we have access too.
Rich Soul, in your eyes what makes your style and sound different from others and why should people listen to your music?
We are blood brothers and most would rather speak on negativity while we shine light on positivity. We what the game been missing.
Rich Soul, what is the concept behind Soul Food and how did the record come about?
Our grandma passed 08/16/17, this project was dedicated to her and her favorite holiday was Thanksgiving so we dropped the album titled Soul Food on Thanksgiving. The album is centered around family.
Rich Soul, where do you see your brand and career in the next 5 years?
I see our brand larger, bigger, more successful and more hands on with artists and other projects.
