Cleveland, Ohio Artist Deron “Smoove Gotti” Rattliff Signs Major Deal
Smoove Gotti a local independent artist signed a major deal with Hoopla Worldwide/WIDEawake Death Row Entertainment. He has been working very hard to get himself a buzz a round town and his name is ringing bells now. His lead single “Make the City Clap” was made to inspire Cleveland.
